Karen Lane is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Therapist, and Health Coach dedicated to supporting individuals on their well-being journey. With a diverse background in mobile crisis intervention, school-based mental health counseling, and holistic modalities, Karen takes a holistic approach to health and wellness.


Having led expeditions for at-risk youth with the Outward Bound School and served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer delivering health education in Nicaragua, Karen's experience spans across cultures and continents. She has embraced change and immersed herself in cultural exploration during her time in Bern, Switzerland.

Drawing upon her education and experiences, Karen created the Life Ideals™ program—a comprehensive health and wellness program that integrates evidence-based practices. By integrating evidence-based techniques she empowers individuals to adopt sustainable lifestyle changes in key areas of self-care: relaxation, mindset transformation, social well-being, sleep optimization, physical activity, and nutrition.

As an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, Karen stays at the forefront of advancements in the field, ensuring her guidance is based on the latest research and best practices.
